Mumbai: 37th Metropolitan Magistrate SB Bhajipale on Saturday issued an unregal warrant against the IPS Officer Param Singh and two others accused – Vinay Singh and Chhota Shakehel Aide Riyaz Bhatti – in the case of alleged extortion where accusers threaten to prepare the hotel and portray .

This is a second noted warrant that was released against Singh’s Param.
