On Saturday morning, Shah’s son Rukh Khan Arya Khan walked out of Arthur Road Jail after his lawyer finishing the formality.
But the two accused, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha could not leave the prisoner because of incomplete formalities.
According to the latest reports, the Munmun model has been released from prison after his lawyer completes the entire process.
Arbaaz and Munmun were guaranteed by the Bombay High Court with Arya.
Surety Bail Aryan was signed by SRK’s friends and actress Juhi Chawla.
He signed RS bonds.

He was asked to submit his passport in front of a special court and said that he could not leave the country without previously permission from a special judge for NDPS in larger Mumbai.
Every Friday, Aryan Khan must appear in front of NCB in their Mumbai office.
Aryan Khan was also asked not to communicate with coworkers involved directly or indirectly in similar activities.
On the other hand, Arbaaz’s family and Munmun brought seven people each to stand up with Rs 15,000 each.
For MP-based Dhamecha, it is a brother, relatives and friends; Proof of traders including his mother, a brother and others.
A lawyer told TII that for more guarantees than Rs 15,000, a person must provide a property solvency certificate not moving far or more.
For guarantees of RS 15,000 or less, income certificates, ration cards and proof of residence are sufficient.
The whole process starts on Saturday morning with both families trying to complete the procedure before the court.
Dhamecha lawyer Ali Kaashif Khan said the procedure in court was only completed at 7:30 a.m., two hours outside the prison.
He further said that they managed to drop the order release in the box at 8:30 a.m.
Aryan, Arbaaz and Munmun were arrested by NCB on October 3 after they raided a cruise ship in Mumbai and broke a drug party.
