Patna: The Patna High Court has directed the Council of the State Bar to take appropriate action against Lawyers Santosh Kumar Mishra because of the alleged embezzlement of RS10.52 Lakh the amount of compensation given to their client’s partner on the death of their son.
The defendant’s lawyer was arrested on January 5 this year and was imprisoned for suspected of deceiving his client.
Justice bench Rajeev Ranjan Prasad also rejected Mishra’s guarantee petition on October 27 while observing that he, by the way, seizing his client.

ADJ-I in Buxar previously rejected its guarantee application on June 23.
Lalan Pasi and his wife Sanjhariya Devi from Buxar had lost their son Gorakh Pasi in a train accident more than four years ago.
