New Delhi: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested two more accused of the conspiracy of the Jammu and Kashmir terrorism related to evil designs for carrying out cruel terrorist acts in the United States and other major cities, the agency said on Sunday.
The agency arrested Ishfaq Ahmed Wani and Umar Bhat on Saturday during attacks in certain locations in Jammu and Kashmir.
This case is related to the conspiracy to carry out the acts of violent terrorists in JK and other major cities by Lashkar-e-Taiba cadres (leave), Jaish-e-Mohammed (JEM), Hizb-Ul-Mujahiden (HM), Al Badr and They are affiliates such as Front Resistance (TRF), people against fascist troops (PAFF) etc.
Nia has registered a case on October 10 this year and initiated an investigation.
Until now, 25 accused people have been arrested in this case by Nia.
“The initial investigation has revealed that the people accused of being arrested are terror partners and field workers from various terrorist organizations forbidden and have provided logistical and material support to terrorists,” Nia said.
