JAMSHEDPUR: Two young men from Kharagpur in neighboring West Bengal sank in Paharbhanga, tourist attractions in Potka located about 20 km from Jamshedpur in Jharkhand, while taking a shower.
The police said the incident occurred on Wednesday and while the body was moved by Mukherjee, 21, was arrested late on Wednesday itself, the body of the 19-year-old Saurya partner was discovered by divers on Thursday night.
According to the police, Dipu and Saurya along with their two friends, Mike Pradhan and Jyotirirmoy Chakraborty, came to tourist attractions with two bicycles on Wednesday.
They stopped on the river to take a shower when Dipu and Saurya were swept away by a strong current.
Mike and Jyotirmoy then shouted for help after that locals rushed there to help them.
The police were also told after the diver pressed into the service.
While the bodied body was seen in the distance where the incident occurred on Wednesday night, another body recovered the next day because the search operation must be stopped for technical reasons.
Potka Police Station-in-Fitnah Ravindra Munda said according to Mike and Jyotirmoy, they had planned a visit to Paharbhanga after seeing her beautiful beauty on the internet.
The two friends told family members immediately after the incident.
The source said the Dipu was the only child from his parents.
Both bodies will be left to their families after autopsy.
The police said they would investigate the incident and find out whether the statement given by the two friends was right.
Meanwhile, the police warned tourists with baths in the river, where some such incidents had occurred and many lives had been lost.
They say a large number of visitors from West Bengal usually come to the place during the winter.
According to reports, in the past year, more than four tourists sank on the river.
