“While revising the quote, the company had deleted crucial items such as pipes functions, water distribution, and so on, and comprised nonessential items such as replacing ceramic using vitrified tiles for flooring, altering the surface of bass vending table out of kota rock to mirror completed marble rock, etc..
This resulted in a scenario in which the fish market had been finished without any provision for irrigation, water, and so on, that was crucial for regular hygienic operation and upkeep of the fish market,” the report stated.
