Special Judge Anil Bheemanna Katti read the allegations through video conferencing to the defendant, who was in the central prison at Parappana Agrahara, Bengaluru; Arthur Road Jail, Mumbai, and Jerawada Prison, Pune, in Kannada and Marathi, known languages ​​are accused as needed under the CRPC.
The defendant claimed innocent and seeking court permission to fulfill their advocates in prison before repairing the court date.
The court said they could move the required application.
The court posted this problem until December 8 to repair the trial date.
To ensure a smooth trial, a direction was issued for a prison writer in Bengaluru not to shift / transfer one of the defendants who took place there without a certain court permission.
