Lucknow: The Ministry of Health on Monday issued advisors for hospitals in Lucknow for screening, prevention, and treatment of Zika virus cases.
The instructions have been issued to scan everyone who has returned from a country where the Zika virus case is reported and comes to hospitals with fever, rash on the skin, pain in muscles or joints, red eyes and headaches.
“The prevention of Zika virus cases will be carried out through regular supervision and integrated management,” said Chief Medical Officer from Manoj Agrawal.
