The government held talks with police assistants in Dharna

Ranchi: After 37 days of agitation by the assistant of the police personnel, the state government finally held talks with them on Tuesday and urged them to withdraw a shower.
The government is looking for two months to make decisions on their demands.
Hundreds of assistant police personnel were nervous in Morhabadi Ground in Ranchi who were looking for regularization of work, increasing wages and other benefits.
On Tuesday, they had planned for the Gherao of the Minister of Chief Justice but delayed the invitation to the conversation by administration.
At a high-level meeting attended by Inspector General of Police, Akhilesh Jha, Secretary of the Additional House of Dodde and Ranchi SSP SK Jha, officials convinced them that the government would consider their demands sympathetic and make decisions in two months.
Officials urged police personnel to attract agitation.
After the meeting of officials and assistant police personnel argued that talks were held in a positive atmosphere.
The police representative assistant then met with their colleagues in places of protests where the discussion took place late at night on future actions.
One representative of Vivekanand Gupta said, “There are certain problems such as the amount of wage increases in which there is no clarity.
We discussed them with our colleagues before making a decision to withdraw protests.” About 2,500 assistant police assistants were appointed based on contracts in the affected district Extremis, Giridih, Chatra, Dumka, West Singhbhum, East Singhbhum, Gumla, Simdega, Tertaktar, Khunti, Palmau, Lohardaga and Garwah in 2017 on the previous BJP regime.
