JAIPUR: A 12-year-old woman, who had been raped by two men at Hanumangarh city a couple of months before, finally broke her silence on Tuesday after that her mother poking a termed FIR from two guys.
The special evaluation unit for offense against girl of Hanumangarh has begun an investigation into the issue after the clinical evaluation of the little girl.
Mother of the rape survivor from the FIR lodged at the mahila thana said a couple of months before, the woman was raped by two men recognized as Malkeet Bawri (21) along with Jagroop Singh (22).
“Both had jeopardized the woman to keep mother.
Ultimately, the woman implements courage and narrated her position to her mommy.
An instance under appropriate parts of POCSO Act and IPC was lodged against both accused who are in high,” explained DSP Dev Anand, special analysis unit for offense against girls at Hanmangarh.
He added that the clinical evaluation of the woman was completed on Tuesday and also her bills been listed.
“She’d be obtained for 164 CrPC statements prior to the magistrate on Wednesday.
