New Delhi: University of Delhi University (Dusu) has approached the Delhi High Court challenging Varsity’s decision to consider only the 12th standard sign for the entry of students from the Kerala State Board which determines the value by combining the signs of XI and XII.
Justice Prateek Road has asked for advice for Dusu to satisfy the court at the Stupi Locus Union in submitting this petition on the next hearing on November 10.
When the advice for the university was not present at the trial, the court asked for advisors Dusu Ashish Dixit to serve the petition copy to him.
Dusu, in his request, said it was approaching the high court against “arbitrary, irrational and unfair behavior” which has violated the basic rights and countless students’ laws.

It is said that in terms of consistent policy, a particular board board includes the Directorate of Public Education (higher secondary wings), the Kerala Government, provides a combination of XI and XII standards on mark marks.
Explicit policies stated that to determine the value of students, a combination of XI and XII must be considered, he said.
The petition, submitted through Advocates Ashish Dixit, said the University of Delhi for several years was gently included provisions in the bulletin registration stating that in cases where the state board published signs of XI and XII, the services of students will be determined based on these consolidation.

The request added that at first, the university directed that such cases were detained, however, in a few hours, the Reception Office DU circulated an email to college by confirming that the registration advisory committee had decided that only the XII standard sign would be considered.
It was said that the board said the results were in accordance with the old policy that was notified for the exam done for the academic session of 2020-2021.
It was said that the union gave representation to the authorities and met the highest officer from the university but they had not acted in any way for the welfare of students after that the petition was submitted.
Previously, the High Court had rejected the petition that accused the number of “disproportional” student admissions from the Kerala State Council at Delhi University, said that fixing cut-off was a matter of Varsity revenue policy.
The previous petition was submitted by Du-Aspiran looking for “scale mechanisms” for values printed by students from different boards to provide field play levels.
