Mumbai: The Esplanade Court on Saturday sent Mumbai Cop Sachin sued the police until November 13 in connection with extortion cases.
Previously, the court had sent Waze to the crime branch detention until November 6.
The crime branch has now submitted a request for recording a statement of witnesses in a case of extortion under the CRPC 164.
The court has allowed the application and the statement to allow recorded on November 8.
The extortion case was registered on July 23 against Sachin Waze, a former Police Commissioner Mumbai Param Bir Singh and the others at the Goregaon police station and the investigation was handed over to the Branch Crime.
