Beijing: Because China’s hard action in Uyghurs continues in Xinjiang, the community in Diaspora began to wrestle with trauma, said a media report.
Writing in the New York Times, Amy Qin and Sui-Lee Wee, said that many of the one million or more uyghurs are thought to live outside China cannot be freely able to communicate with relatives at home.

In Belgium, an Activist Uyghur coordinated online training for women, led by counselors working with victims of the Bosnian genocide.
In Germany, a group of mental health specialists work with community leaders to adjust government resources with Uyghur needs.
“Some people turned themselves emotionally, or pretending nothing happened,” New York Times quoted Nurgul Sapan, a social worker in Australia who has held a group therapy session for his fellow Uyghur.
Sawut added, “Instead of letting our bury trauma, we want to try to regenerate it, to turn it into something more meaningful.” Determined to eliminate the threat of perceived ethnic separatism, the authorities in China have arrested as many as one million Uyghur and others in internee and prison camps.
They have placed the territory under strict supervision, sending residents to work in the factory, increase birth control measures for Muslim women and place children in a boarding school, the New York Times reported.
The report cites that informal surveys that show that many overseas overseas have experienced some form of trauma, depression, or anxiety as a result.
Pandemic Coronavirus and the lock did not help.
Beijing has been globally reprimanded because of taking action against Uyghur Muslims in Xinjiang by sending it to mass detention camps, disrupting their religious activities and subjugating them to misseed.
However, China’s authority continues to deny all charges.
