New Delhi: Two men on Sunday were arrested while five minors were arrested for robbing cash and Jewelry Rs 25,000 from a house in Mangolpuri Delhi on Divi Day in Knifepoint, police said.
According to the police, two knives used in crime and 4,500 cash recovered from two men who were arrested.
Both of the defendants have been identified as hard and spiritual.
According to the complainant, Geeta, on November 4 at around 10pm, four people armed with a knife entered their home just as his family had finished Diwali Puja.
While three robbers pointed to their knives in their women and daughters, the fourth defendant entered another room and took Rs 20,000, a gold chain, a necklace set, Pooja Thali, a small wallet of his daughter containing various documents and Rs 5,000.
The robbers before escaping threatened them with terrible consequences if they tried to complaint with the police.
The daughter of the complainant alleged that she saw three boys running through the road with four boys who left their home after committing a crime.
Based on the women’s complaint, a case was listed under various parts of the Indian criminal code, police said.
Raid was carried out by the police on Sundays and two defendants arrested who claimed their crimes and were arrested.
In accordance with the police, with sustainable questions, they revealed that a plan was hatched by them with five of their waiters who were waiting to meet them in Taman Bapu in Mangolpuri.
