Jodhpur: A little girl, who was allegedly raped by his small cousin, gave birth to a baby girl in a government hospital on Friday.
The case has been registered by police accused of being accused of being under the protection of children from the Sexual Offens (Pocso), 2012.
According to the Chair of the Child Welfare Committee (CWC), Dhanpat Gurjar, because the family was not interested.
In guarding the baby, the trial handed over a baby to the child’s house will begin on Monday.
He said the little girl was hospitalized on Thursday and she delivered her baby on Friday.
The hospital administration told CWC about this problem after Gurjar and his team advised the girl and his parents to share details about the incident.
“Whether the girl and her mother are ready to reveal any information to the police and the doctors.
Only after we arrived at the hospital on Friday and talking to girls and mothers who described them about the complications of the case, they spoke,” Gurjar said.
According to information, the girl, a 10th grade student, has been raped by his cousin from the same class during the summer vacation at his home.
“The mother knows about her pregnancy and talks with her daughter.
But when she knew that the defendant came from the family, instead of taking the problem, he suggested the girl not to reveal it to anyone,” he said.
