New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi Laid The Foundation Stone of Four The main part of Sant Dnyaneshawar Maharaj Palkhi Marg (NH-965) and Sant Uaram Maharaj Palkhi Marg (NH-965H) through video conferencing on Monday.
According to official releases, a dedicated path to ‘Palkhi’ will be built on both sides of the national highway, providing a complex and secure free reshuffle for worshipers.
About 221 km from Sant Dnyaneshwar Maharaj Palkhi Marg from Dompegat to Mohol and about 130 km from Sant Uaram Maharaj Palkhi Marg from Patas to Tondale – Bondale, will be four lines with a special path for ‘Palkhi’ on both sides, with an estimated cost.
More than Rs 6,690 Crore and around Rs 4,400 Crore each.
During the event, the Prime Minister will also dedicate to the nation more than 223 km from the road project that has been completed and improved, built at a cost of around Rs 1,180 Crore on various national highways to increase connectivity to Pandharpur.
These projects include Mhaswad-Piliv-Pandharpur (NH 548E), Kurnduwadi-Pandharpur (NH 965C), Pandharpur-Sangola (NH 965C), Section Temphurni-Pandharpur from NH 561A, and Pandharpur – Part of Mangalwedha – Umadi, said the NH 561a, say revelation.
Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari and Head of Maharashtra Minister Uddhav Thackeray also attended the occasion.
