Glasgow: Former US President Barack Obama said on Monday that bad news for the conversation of the United Nations climate was that the world was not in the place needed to deal with global warming.
Referring to the Paris Struck agreement in 2015, Obama said the COP26 summit in Glasgow: “So Paris shows the world that progress is possible and creates a framework, important work is done there.
