Greater Noida: Noida Authority Besar, at its board meeting on Monday, review the progress of its ambitious scheme to channel Gangajal to the city, a project that is in the final stage.
The board also prohibits real estate developer and sales of plots pembedak given to them in Greater Noida and decided to impose costs on the development of industrial units that were organized before Gnida formed.
Under Gangajal scheme, water will be supplied from above the canal ganga in Haridwar to Gang Nahar in Dehra, from which the pipes are connected to a centralized processing plant in a larger Jaitpur throughout the city.
Pipeline from Dehra journey is almost complete, according to officials.
Currently, the treated ground water supplied to residents of Greater Noida.
Reviewing the project, Sanjeev Mittal, chairman Gnida, which directs that Gangajal should be given to residents of Greater Noida in the new year.
Gnida CEO Narendra Bhooshan inform the Board that 99% of the project work is done.
“Upon completion of the remaining work on November 30, the process of commissioning 85 CuseCs of Gangajal to the city will begin,” said Bhooshan.
The project started in 2016.
At a meeting of the board 124, Gnida, under the leadership Mittal, also Industrial Development Commissioner, also took the decision to ban sub-division of plots of making new builders.
“Given the interests of flat buyers, we have taken an important decision to ban sub-division of large plots,” says Bhooshan.
“This will have two advantages.
Builders are only going to take the land in which they want to build the project.
Second, flat buyers will be available on time.
Now, the time will not be wasted because of the sub-division and the responsibility to give the flat in time will be the builder in question , “he added.
GNIDA board also gave approval in principle to the industrial units that operate prior to the completion of greater Noida authority to buy additional floor area ratio (far) on the plots remain for a fixed fee.
These companies also have to pay the cost of the development to the authority.
“Since these companies take advantage of infrastructure resources created by Gnida, they must pay the cost of development,” says Bhooshan.
The board also provides a four-month extension to the waste management company AG Enviro, until March 2022, and approved more fuel station for the city.
“While about half a dozen fuel stations are expected to offer under the scheme, its location will be based on the surrounding high vehicle movement, so that commuters do not have to drive a long distance to get fuel,” said an official of gnida.
Apart from this, the Council gave the green signal to the smart village project, where plans and the works of the 14 villages that kind of review during a meeting Monday.
CEO Bhushan told the Council that the existing work in the village Maincha of 14 so far, while the tender process for the remaining 13 have been completed.
Also, Gnida board approved the scheme level built-up residential home that was launched recently.
Under the scheme, the plot of 120 square meters will cost Rs 58.99 lakh and a plot of 200 square meters will cost Rs 82.91 lakh.
“We are launching this scheme from the 113 building.
