New Delhi: Advice for an NGO, ‘Residents for Green Doon’, Colin Gonsalves, has opposed the widening of a strategic feeder road of 10 meters, known as the Chardham project.
The advice quotes the Bipin CD, which is said to say in an honest way that the army does not need a very broad way.
Gonsalves said the truthlessness, ‘Pahadi’ is right, has been as long as honest conversations say that the streets are fine with the army because it has a capable helicopter to attract artillery and heavy troops.
A Supreme Court bench headed by Justice Dy Chandrachud said that the court could not ignore defense requirements and said that the environment must defeat the worries of soldiers expressed in the light of contemporary development on the side of China.
The Apex Court says glacial melts not only because of construction or widening of the road, but the systemic problem arises from a growing carbon footprint.
