Greater Noida: Allegations in theft and case of cheating, which was brought to the Surajpur Court by the Bulandshahr police team for hearing again, fled the police detention from the court where my judge’s additional judge was in Surajpur.
The incident occurred at around 2:35 a.m.
on Monday when the defendant was identified as Shiv Kumar who was imprisoned in Bulandshahr prison over the past few months, only ‘disappeared’ from the court after his hand was not bound to the court process.
The defendant came out of the gate intended to the public.
According to the police, Shiv Kumar’s accusation which has three cases of theft and fraud that nested against it is a ‘criminal’ whose involvement was suspected in a similar case at the Dankaur Police Station.
Toi has reported about the elderly partner who traveled from Ghaziabad to Kanarssi Greater Noida Village which was allegedly cheated by a thug that fled with cash, cellular and items after giving them a ride to the warranty.
The defendant had deceived a 84-year-old Kunwarpal to hand over his wallet to him but fled after taking RS 21,000 in cash, cellular and other items after he asked the couple to ride his scooter who pretended to stop to answer nature calls.
On Monday, Shiv Kumar along with three other charges was taken to the Surajpur Court after a warrant was issued against them by the court at the request of the Dankan police.
Police, including Constable Head of Shantanu Tyagi, Constables Veerpal Singh, Vipin Kumar and Surendra Kumar accompanied them to court number 13 from the additional Head of Judge Judicial -i Dr.
Suresh Kumar.
Additional DCP (middle noida) Eamaran G told Tii that the defendant was taken to court after the issuance of the B command as his involvement was suspected of theft and cheat lodged at the Dankur police station on October 11.
The official source of TOI that the hand was accused, along with three other accused, was released and he only ‘disappeared’ from the court.
“He just disappeared from the court where he went from the number 2 gate intending from the public.
The gate was declared good with local police officers,” he said.
Additional DCP said that the defendant was seen walking out of the gate which was intended to the public at 1:35 p.m.
“CCTV’s footage was taken by Surajpur police,” he said.
SURAJPUR police have submitted a match with this case with a legal servant to remain in the confinement of anyone who was charged or punished for any negligent violation suffering from the person to escape from imprisonment).
The four police accused of being suspended after police GB Nagar recommended actions against them.
“The accusation was an imprisoned criminal for the past few months,” said Bulandshahr SSP Santosh Kumar Singh.
So far, it has been confirmed that Shiv is at least three cases nesting against it in Bulandshahr’s Sikandrabad.
