CEO and founder of Nvidia Jensen Huang introduced the Nvidia drive concierge and pushed the Chauffeur AI platform in the GTC keynote.
These platforms were developed by NVIDIA to reduce the hassles and stress from regular driving using Smart Technologies.
Both of these platforms have AI-Driven assistants that combine the sound assistance of conversations with monitoring of autonomous drivers and parking technology.
Drivers and passengers will be able to access smart services that are always on which will use NVIDIA Drive IX and Nvidia Omniverse Avatar Tech for a real-time conversation.
The Omniverse avatar makes the concierge drive serve as a digital assistant, which helps them make recommendations, phone calls, book orders, and even provide warnings.
It is also expected to come with 3D graphics for drivers and passengers to find out what’s in the mind of AI vehicles.
It can also work like Valet On-Demand, which might be designed to park your own car and will be convenient for the driver.
It also acts as a protector and uses an interior camera to remind the driver on the road every time needed.
Drive Chauffeur is also a driving platform assisted by AI based on Nvidia Drive AV SDK which can manage urban traffic and highways to provide extra security.
It has a motive to completely relieve humans from driving by becoming independent, ensuring security, along with saving time and energy.
This platform is expected to use the Hyperion 8 sensor drive unit that will be available for 2024 car models.
Volvo and Mercedes are two main car makers who have announced partnerships to use Nvidia Drive Tech in their future cars.
