The road is blocked four times in more than a month, no pine

Ludhiana: The streets of the city and highways have been blocked by agitators at least four times in the past and a half months, but the police did not submit hostility against them.
On Tuesday, one of the main intersections, Samrala Chowk in Ludhiana-Delhi National Highway, was blocked throughout the day.
The police failed to take action against the agitator, but the Division 1 police ordered the Autorickshaw driver for blocking traffic by parking his vehicle on the road, waiting to pick up passengers.
Glada Ground in Chandigarh Road has been provided as a place of protest, but during the past some people have protested on various roads.
On October 10, some clothing had protested in Samrala Chowk, demanding action against two actors for some unpleasant scenes in Bollywood films.
They have blocked the road for about 15 minutes, leading to traffic jams.
After that, they sat with peace protests on the roadside.
On October 25, community members have blocked the streets around Samrala Chowk, demanding the arrest of a clothing leader, Anil Arora, for hurting religious sentiments.
On November 7, they had blocked Bharat Nagar Chowk for two hours, causing traffic chaos in the surrounding area.
On Tuesday, Samrala Chowk was blocked for hours, disrupting the flow of traffic on the highway and national city roads.
While in all these cases, there was no FIR submitted by Ludhiana police, Division 1 police on Tuesday ordered Auto Driver Gurmet Singh from Haibowal Kalan to block traffic.
The Maninder Kaur sub-inspector said the defendant had parked his car (PB10-HC-8840) on the road near the clock tower, waiting to pick up passengers and cause traffic congestion.
He was arrested and the case below Section 283 (the danger or obstruction in the public way or in the navigation queue) from the IPC registered.
