Noida: Techie crashes, bleed to death on the road

Noida: A 37-year-old software engineer was hit by an unknown vehicle near the 92-sector traffic intersection in Phase II on Monday morning.
The driver of the vehicle escaped from the scene, leaving bloody victims on the road.
His family members accused that the passing person did not bother to stop and help, and when he was taken to the hospital half an hour later, it was too late.
The incident occurred between 8:30 a.m.
and 8:45 a.m.
when Deependra was heading to communication and electronic companies in the 136 sector where he worked on his scooter, TVS Jupiter.
His brother Gyanendra said the family received a call around 9 o’clock in the morning from the police who told that Deependra had been hit by an unknown vehicle and his condition was very serious.
“I immediately told me some of my relatives.
When I called back the number around 9:15 a.m., a police officer took and said he was still in place.
Brother kept lying on the road for half an important hour and no one helped him,” Alleged Gyanendra.
He added that his relatives who reached the place were told by people who passed that bicycles might have hit the victim and accelerated.
A police officer said at the time of the incident, Deependra wore a helmet and was hit on the right side of his head when he fell from his scooter, resulting in death in a few minutes of the accident.
There is no damage to the scooter.
Gyanendra told the Toi that in a video made of events made by several spectators, his brother was seen lying in a heavy bleeding spot.
“People make videos but no one takes it to the hospital,” he thought.
A senior police officer said the police did not have four wheels and reached the place on a bicycle.
They waited and took an elevator from a mini truck and brought Deependra to Yathar Hospital in Sector 110, where he was declared dead.
“Local police from the 85 sector and Panchsheel Chowkis police reached the place.
The two chowkis did not have four wheels unlike those in SEZ, sympt and sector 110,” he said.
Phase II Sho Sujeet Upadhyay said the victim was taken to the hospital by the police in 10 minutes.
“A FIR has been put forward in the case under the IPC 279 (rash driving) and 304A (death due to negligence),” he added.
Police have not scan CCTV cameras around the area to identify the exact cause of the accident.
Deependra is accustomed to staying in rented accommodation in Noida.
He survived his wife and two daughters.
Man Crossing Yamuna Expressway died: In another incident, a thirtimate man died Monday morning after being beaten by an unknown vehicle when he crossed Yamuna Expressway near Chappargarh Village in the area.
He was taken to a private hospital where he died during treatment.
DANKAUR SHO ARVIND PATHAK said the man’s identity could not be established until Tuesday.
“The police will wait for three days for families to advance after post-mortem will be carried out and the body is cremated,” he said.
