NEW DELHI: Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia on Wednesday alleged that the municipal companies in town are facing an”unprecedented emergency” and reduced to a pitiable condition because of this”corruption and failures” of the ruling BJP.
In an internet briefing, Sisodia assaulted the BJP-led civic bodies,” also stated it was time that the ruling party possessed responsibilities for the present position of the businesses.

The high court had warned it will begin minding the civic body possessions as the workers and retired employees cannot wait for wages and pensions.
The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has been trifurcated into northwest and south Delhi municipal companies — NDMC, SDMC and EDMC — at 2012.
These are commanded from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for more than a decade today.
The municipal companies are facing “unprecedented emergency” and have attained a”pitiable state”, so that today they’ll need to market properties to cover wages for their workers, Sisodia said.
“And with this illness, the sole explanation is that the ruling BJP’s insecurities and corruption,” he alleged.
Earlier in the afternoon, Delhi BJP president Adesh Gupta alleged that the AAP authorities is”paralysing” the municipal businesses financially from a”political vendetta”.
Sisodia said that the BJP has neglected the folks who voted it to rule both municipal companies as well as the party must now give up electricity in the businesses, until the folks vote out in elections.
