Varanasi: Request Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, ideologist, activist, and Hindu nationalist writer, here on Saturday to put his views on Hindi, the minister of the house of Union Amit Shah said he (savarkar) enrich Hindi by triggering many words in ‘Shabdkosh’.
He spoke after inaugurating Akhil Bharatiya Rajbhasha Sammelan.
Quoting the Savarkar example, Shah said, “Is it not because Veer Savarkar, we will only use English words.” Shah also said that very few people knew that Savarkar worked a lot for ‘Swabhasha’ and Rajbhasha ‘.
“He made a Hindi dictionary and introduced many words.
Time has come to make Hindi flexibly for acceptance of people,” Minister said.
