CHENNAI: Overcoming sexual rape and harassment hazard fees from a girl, who’s a national, former AIADMK Union Manikandan has moved the Madras high court searching for bail, apprehending arrest in relation to the situation.
Manikandan stated that he had been a general physician and has been in government support for 12 decades, which he had been searching for information technologies between 2016 and 2019, later being chosen from Ramanathapuram meeting constituency.
He explained there was no iota of truth in the allegations levelled against him added to the whole complaint and the corresponding files were chased, after a few efforts for compromise with all extortionist demands weren’t accepted with him.
He added that the allegations made against him don’t constitute the components of the offence under Section 313 (inducing miscarriage with no woman’s permission ) of IPC.
