Visakhapatnam: India Institute of Management Visakhapatnam launched a five-day customized management development program (MDP) for Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL) officers on Monday.
Overcoming the inaugural meeting, Director (Finance and Commercial) HSL and the main guest for the event, SV Rambabu said that change was a constant element.
“Someone needs to be evolved, thinking, and adapting to a new approach to providing effective output,” said Rambabu.
He also talked about how training would benefit the officer in their work domain

MDP five days, attended by 20 HSL managers, is the result of a memorandum of understanding signed by HSL and IIM-V in September 2021.
The program, led by Dr.
Balaji Subramanian and Dr.
MV Anuradha, will include project management topics, contract management , Innovation, customer management, communication, stress management, and interpersonal effectiveness.
