Stefanos Tsitipas has been withdrawn from the ATP final due to an elbow injury, the organizer was announced on Wednesday with Greece had lost the opening match against Andrey Rublev.
Tsitipas, who won the event in 2019, lost 6-4 6-4 to Russia in a green group match on Monday and will face Casper Ruud in the next meeting.
However, ATP said that the Greek world number four had suffered the right elbow injury and would not play a further role in the tournament in Turin.
Cameron number 12 United Kingdom Norrie will replace Tsitipas, who has brought injury since retiring from the second round of Paris Masters earlier this month.
The withdrawal followed that Matteo Berretti on Tuesday after Italy suffered a stomach injury in his opening match against Alexander Zverev.
