Patna: Head of Bihar Minister Nith Kumar on Wednesday asked officials to develop the subway proposed between the Patna Museum and Bihar Museum as “World Class Heritage Tunnel” to attract more visitors and tourists.
While checking the site for the proposed subway, cm told the officials that it should not only be an underground corridor, on the contrary it must be developed as a world-class heritage tunnel.
“The total length of the subway proposed between the two museums will be about 1.4 km.
Today, CM’s emphasis is that the proposed subway must be developed as a world-class heritage tunnel.
Because the Bihar Museum is a world class, subway.

“In accordance with CM’s vision, we will display any artifacts that will be found during the excavation for the proposed subway.

Previously on that day, CM visited the Patna Museum and asked about sustainable upgrades and extensions working in place.
During inspection, the companion officer told CM about the basic plan and subway Museum Patna.
Officials also inform cm about the subway proposed for underground connectivity between two museums.
CM asked details about the planned underground tunnel and also issued several instructions needed to officials on their constructive work.
CM also visited the Bihar Museum to examine the proposed subway site.
CM, as long as the inspection, also asks about the entry point and exits the proposed subway.
“In accordance with CM’s vision, one can visit the two museums after buying only one entrance ticket after the subway completion,” Preyasi said.
Nitish then suggested officials to make enough places to park the vehicle near the two museums, because a large number of people visited both places.
