Pune: The 16-state-member committee under Commissioner Vishal Solanki has been formed to discuss and recommend policies for minority education in the state.
Experts from the community and educators are expected to submit reports within three months.
The government provides various grants and has implemented many schemes for students from the minority community and their educational institutions.
Independent education policies for the minority community are needed.
The committee will look into the existing and new schemes to improve minority education and submit their recommendations, government resolutions released on Wednesday said.
The next resolution said that the Supreme Court had passed four assessments that explained various clauses to the right of the children to free and compulsory education efforts, 2009 which did not apply to minority institutions.
The Committee is expected to learn this and other assessments regarding the Minority Institute and formulate administrative and education policies related to schools, students and teachers in minority institutions.

This has created several problems because there is ambiguity when it comes to applying some actions.
