Patna: The state police violation unit (Eou) of the State Police on Friday raided three places of Koilwar’s suspended circle officers, Anuj Kumar, after registering assets (DA) who were disproportionately.
Eou has found money transfers that often occur in two Bank Kumar’s bank accounts from existing business companies only in paper.
CO was previously accused of convifting with sand smugglers.
He was suspended by the state government along with 40 other officials, including two IPS officers, in June this year for allegedly closing his eyes to illegal sand mining and smuggling.
FIR against Kumar was registered on Thursday after Eou held a search warrate and conducted a raid on rented accommodation in Flat Number 303 in Block-C from Vamika Enclave in Jagdeopath, Patna, Police Narhat residence under the Area of Police Station Sirdalla.

The Eou source said that the estimated assets of non-proportional Kumar were calculated to almost 52% more than their total income from all known sources.
“The total income of all sources, including salary, is Rs 80 Lakh,” said an Eou senior officer.
He added that RS 20 lakh has been saved in two separate bank accounts from Kumar’s wife even though he is a housewife and has no source of income.
“Most of the transfer is made of 2019 and so on when Kumar posted in Koilwar,” the officer said.
The Eou authority said they found around Rs 5 Lakh in two Bank Kumar accounts.
“The total value of its nature that can move and not move is estimated at Rs 44 lakh.
However, the traits do not move underestimated in actions.
They may be worth some crores in the actual market price,” Senior Eou Officer said.
Eou ADG Nayyar Hasnain Khan said Kumar’s money that was not interested may come for Hawala and Real Estate transactions in the form of cash.
He added some valuables, including household items, cash and jewelry may be removed from Kumar’s premise invaded by Eou on Friday.
