Mumbai: Shiv Sena on Monday said that each officer who tried to extort money by young people who bouncy must be placed behind bars, days after the Bombay High Court in a detailed order of guarantees to Aryan Khan and two other people on drugs Chat.
The cruise case observed that the Prima Facie did not find positive evidence of the defendant to show that they conspired to commit violations.

Marking the case of Arya Khan, Sena said the High Court in its order had observed that there was no truth on the accusation leveled by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

He was in prison for almost a month before HC gave him a guarantee.

“If this (observation of the Bombay High Court) is right, every officer who is trying to extort money for young people who bouncy must be arrested,” Sena said.
The NCB Delhi team is currently investigating the allegations of payment against Zonal Director Mumbai Sameer Wankhede, who has oversee political storms after Arya was arrested.
Sena Shiv, who heads Maha Vikas Aghadi, also praised NCP Minister Nawab Malik because it brought new evidence to turn on in the case of Arya Khan.
Malik, who has dubbed the attack on a fake cruise ship, has accused Wankhede to try to squeeze money using Aryan Khan as a bait.
Targeting the Directorate of Enforcement, which has captured Deshmukh in the case of money laundering, the LED Party Uddhav Thackeray said the mirror of the NCB institution work.
