Amritsar: Ahead of the election of the assembly of Punjab, AAP National Convener and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has announced an eight point poll boots to change the education sector in the state, including regulating contract teacher services.
Overcoming Medium, Kejriwal said, “Today, I am here to discuss the issues relating to the teacher.
I met several teachers yesterday.
They told me that they produced Rs 10,000 per month.
This is far below the minimum wage in Delhi.
I Promising teacher services will be ruled out as soon as AAP forms a government in the state.

They will be appointed to their chosen schools.
There is no teacher who can work with an annoyed and disturbed mind.”
Delhi CM also said, “The teacher is made to do anything but teaching.
This is the condition of the whole nation.
I want to promise that the teacher will be made to teach students.
They will not be allowed to conduct censuses, data entry works in government offices, etc.”
Kejriwal further said, “If AAP forms a government in the state, then it will fill vacancies directly after the test,” adding that the teacher will be sent to foreign countries, IIMS and IIT to improve their skills.
He also added that the teachers would be given promotion on time.
“Some teachers work in the same position for years and get a minimal salary.
This will be changed.”
Finally, he said that all teachers will be given medical care facilities without cash.
He said, “The teacher is responsible for reforms in Delhi government schools.
I invite all teachers to unite and let us change the education system in the state.”
Punjab will go to the poll early next year.
