JAMSHEDPUR: In the last 21 days starting from the beginning of November this year, as many as 79 positive Covid-19 cases were detected in the East Singhbhum Regency.

According to data available with the District Administration, from 79 cases, 21 is in Mango and 14 in the Kadma region in the steel city only.
Next in the list is Sonari, where nine cases are found.
At Sakchi and Bagbera, five cases each detected.
In particular, the mango and cadma area is a highlight of the Covid-19 case during the second wave and most of the deaths witnessed from these two places.
DR Sahir Pal-District Supervision Officer said on Tuesday that of the 79 cases in the last three weeks, only two of the district rural parts, rested 77 cases from Jamshedpur.
He is further that it can be seen that most of the positive cases have a history of travel.
They come to Jamshedpur with buses, trains or planes.
PAL said the testing had to be upgraded at the booth of the bus, the train station and the airport from where people entered the city.
He added that more medical teams need to be formed because they tested people at the entrance to the city.
Until Monday, 37 positive cases were detected in which district 23 was undergoing treatment at MGMMCH managed by the government and the 14th break was in the main hospital.
According to numbers, on Monday, 1,017 people received the first dose of their vaccine in the district and 5,056 received their second dose.
Until the 13,43,647 people in the district had received the first dose, while 58,946 had obtained both doses.
Experts have warned that if people do not take part in the basic Covid-19 protocol such as wearing masks correctly every time outside the home and maintaining social distance, the numbers will increase in a few days to come.
