New Delhi: Congress Lok Sabha MP Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday gave notifying a delay in Lok Sabha who was looking for compensation for the family of farmers who died during the protest of agricultural law, said the source.
Previously, the government in a reply parliament stated that it had not traced farmers who lost their lives in agitation of agricultural law and hence, compensation questions did not appear.
Meanwhile, farmers ‘protests will continue until the formal response from the central government on various farmers’ problems obtained, announcing an official statement from Samyukt Kisan Morcha (SKM), which is the Aegis of the Farmers Union on Saturday.
A meeting was held on Saturday where the future courses of farmers agitation were based on the pending demands of farmers discussed.
These demands include legal guarantees for minimum support prices (MSP) and rehabilitation for relatives of farmers who die during agitation, among others.
The next SKM meeting has now been repaired for today.
Parliamentary winter session began on November 29 and is scheduled to conclude on December 23.
