Coimbatore: The town company has stepped up efforts to the battle against Covid by strengthening its health care workforce.After roping in 25 physicians a couple of days before, the civic figure maintained interviews to rope from 100 physicians for Covid therapy.
Cases of nursing scholars assessed the interview.The selection procedure was fast-tracked to prevent delays, bearing in mind that the emergency scenario.
The physicians will be issued appointment requests right after the selection procedure is finished.
They’d be roped into a period of 3 months for Covid support and their support may be extended based upon the Covid specific situation.
Corporation officials stated that the physicians, that could be paid Rs 12,000 per month, could be used throughout the five zones.TNN
