Mumbai: Arrested more than three years ago in the case of Elgar Parishad, lawyers Sudha Bharadwaj (59) is likely to get out of byculla prison on Thursday morning.

“He will not try to build communication with co-accus or other people who are directly involved or indirectly in similar activities or make international calls for someone involved in similar activities as expected to him, through any communication mode,” said the court .
