Chandigarh: After the leader of Congress Rahul Gandhi said India was a Hindu country and not Hindutvadis, Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij on Sunday said that people who are not Hindutvadi, are fake Hindus.
Overcoming the rally in Jaipur, Gandhi said India was a Hindu country and not Hindutvadis, and called for their ouster so that ‘Hindu’ can harm it again.
“Someone who is not Hindutvadi, even though he is Hindu, is a fake Hindu,” Vij said in a tweet in Hindi.
Gandhi said if there was inflation in the country and there was suffering, then this has been done by Hindutvadis.
“This is a Hindu country, not Hindutvadis.
If there is inflation in the country and there is suffering, this has been done by Hindutvadis.
Hindutvadis wants to rule at any cost,” he handled a general meeting against the increase in inflation.
Explain Hinduism and Hindutva as two different words, Gandhi said the same as two living things could not have one soul, two words could not have the same meaning.
A Hindu is a person who is not afraid of anyone, embraces everyone and respects all religions, said the leader of the Congress.
He said Hindutvadis wanted to rule at any cost.
Mahatma Gandhi was a Hindu and Godse was Hindutvadi, he said, emphasizing that a Hindu continued to seek the truth and spend his entire life in his quest like Mahatma Gandhi.
