New Delhi: The famous contract killer, who was on his way from the police for two years after conducting two murders in Delhi, had been captured by the Special Delhi Regional Police.
The defendant, Mohammad Taj alias Chand Mian, has defeated his rival to death in full public days after he was released from prison with a guarantee.
He also responded to his uncle’s murder which occurred in 2009 and opened fire on the murderer in June this year.
Taj, police said, saved a bail record and parole of his enemy and killed them as soon as they came out.
Cops suspected he planned to kill two other people by following the same modus operandi.
DCP Jasmeet Singh said that Taj had hid in Lucknow and Behraich rose for the past six months.
“The process to declare him the perpetrators are proclaimed by the court in both cases in the advanced stage,” he added.
The police have initiated encouragement to capture the entskonders where Taj thought prominently in their list.
The Shiv Kumar inspector team received information about this escaping crime movement, after that a team was formed to arrest it.
During supervision of his colleagues, it was found that the Taj hid in the Lucknow and Behraich areas so that the trap is placed in an example of the informant.
After two months of chasing, the team learned that Taj would go to Lucknow from Behraich.
He was seen near the Jarwal Bus Stand in Lucknow-Behraich Road and Nabbed.
While questioning the Taj said that last February, he and his colleagues had attacked a man named Saurabh to avenge his brother’s murder, which took place at Taman Rajouri in 2009.
Saruabh was just allowed by guarantees from a high court in a case.
In another case, Vinod Bhati, a property dealer in the Raghubir Nagar area was shot dead by Taj and his colleagues in his office at Raghubir Nagar on June 25 this year.
Bhati previously killed Riyaz, Uncle Taj, in 2019 in Delhi.
Bhati out of prison with a guarantee in the case in April and immediately targeted by the Taj.
