Ranchi: Amid the threat of a new Omicron variant of Covid-19, Indian train tourism and Catering Corporation (IRCTC) arranged the first pilgrimage train rolling the first Jharkhand to the Vaishno Devi temple from the Ranchi train station here on Sunday.

Tied to Katra train station in Jammu and Kashmir, the train has 531 passengers on the ship.
Previously, the train had announced it would launch the Train Dakshin Bharat Yatra in September, but because of frightening fresh covid, it must be canceled.
After the sluggish ceremony, Seth said: “This is a commendable decision on the part of the train.
Multiple pilgrims cannot visit sites because of the financial crisis.
This special train tariff is reasonable and, therefore, will serve many pilgrims.” For passengers Traveling in the coach of a sleeping class, the cost of returning will be Rs 8,505, including accommodation and food, while Rs 14,175 for passengers coach AC.
IRCTC officials said the train, which will arrive at the Katra station on Tuesday morning, has five trainers each for the bed and air conditioning.
“One of the AC coaches has remained empty to be used as an isolation ward if a passenger shows Covid-19 symptoms,” said Jyoti Kumari, Area manager of the IRCTC Ranchi Zone.
The train will pass through Bokaro, Dhanbad, Jamtara, Madhupur, Jasidih, Jhajha, Kiul, Mokama, Bakhtiarpur, Patna, Ara and Buxar.
At the foot of the back, the train will reach HariDwar on December 17, Mathura the following day before arriving in Ranchi on December 20.
The special pilgrimage train, bound to South Indian temples in September this year, but it has 450 orders, but it was canceled after Covid-19 cases began to rise in the destination country.
“For the Vaishno Devi tour, there are 630 travelers.
However, because the Omicron case was reported in the country, more than 100 passengers withdrew from the trip in the last five days,” other IRCTC officials said.
