KOLKATA: 2 Episodes of assault, Damage and Threat to Cars Have Been reported out of Kadapara near Swabhumi along with Canal Circular Road in Beliaghata on Wednesday.
Separate cases have been enrolled at Phoolbagan along with Beliaghata authorities channels.
In the first instance, a man living in Phoolbagan was coming home after being shut in a hospital EM Bypass if he had been threatened and his car has been ruined by sailors.
According to the complaint, three sailors obstructed the vehicle and started questioning him why he had been driving during improved restrictions.
Cops promised the trio, all residents of a slum situated alongside Swabhumi, then assaulted him.
In another event, inhabitants of an apartment situated at Canal circular street maintained that some regional youths had attacked and threatened by a resident, who had been returning home during the night, and ruined his car also.
They maintained the youths, many of whom have lost their jobs through the ordeal, were extorting cash from residents of the apartment when they went outside for work asserting that they had been violating Covid limitations.
The citizens claimed that the accused had assaulted the personal security guards of their apartment once they attempted to conserve the flat resident.
The authorities are checking CCTV footage because of prospects.
