Gurgaon: A team of the state citizenship bureau went to the supervisory house of Narnaul Jail Anil Kumar in the early reward on Wednesday morning with a search warrant but had to return to Gurgaon disappointed because he was not at home and his residence was locked.

“We reached his house at 4 am and waited outside for more than seven hours because all the doors were closed.
