Greater Noida: The authority of the development of the Yamuna Expressway (Yeida) industry is set to launch a 450 housing plot scheme, ranging from 120 square meters and 300 square meters, in sector 16 near the sheet on December 25.
Land prices tend to be around Rs 17,800 per square meter, Yeida Chief Executive (CEO) Arun VIR Singh said.
Following the Ceremony of the Stone Layer of the Noida International Airport Foundation in the Jewar last month, officials said there had been an increase in housing, commercial and industrial interest in the region.
Given this, Yeida has started preparations to launch a housing plot scheme.
While the authority planning department is still looking for a plot and completed the details, the CEO told TI that the housing plot scheme would be launched on December 25.
“Preparation is underway.
While the number of plots has not been resolved, but it can be said.
The 450 plot will be offered,” Singh said, adding that the size of the plot would cover 120 square meters, 162 square meters, 200 square meters and more than 300 metida.
Sector 16 is a mixed land use sector of housing and commercial categories.
