Hyderabad: In encouragement to the IT sector ecosystem in Tier 2-3 centers in Telangana, IT Major Genpact announces the establishment of a 100-seater technology center in Warangal.
However, the company does not reveal investment made in this center.
IT and Industrial Secretary Jayesh Ranjan said the facilities of 100 seats would produce employment for almost 250 people because employees are expected to work in turn.
The IT Minister and Industry KT Rama Rao said this investment would increase the IT sector in Warangal.
CEO of Genpact Tiger Tyagarajan shows that Warangal is close to the Pocharam Genpact campus and has an academic ecosystem with Nit Warangal and Tier-II College Engineering which provides talent for technology centers.
Warangal has been interesting like Mahindra, Mindtree and Cutient technology.
In an effort to increase the IT sector ecosystem at the level of 2-3 centers, the government founded the tower in Khammam, Karimnagar and Warangal where the operation had begun and was establishing a tower in Nizamabad, Mahabubnagar and Siddipet.
The government has urged MNC to see outside the West Corridor City and establish an office in UPPAL, Pocharam because they will get incentives made specifically for investing here
