Nagpur: Relief for the Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court on Friday Partially allowed its application to remove certain paragraphs in the election petition submitted by President Patole Nana and others accused that he suppressed his assets while archiving the assets of nominations for Lok Sabha 2019.namun, two other Gadkari applications for rejection of the petition and adding additional reasons in this case were rejected by the court.
The minister’s application was opposed by the applicant through Satish Uke advice.
“This application is based on information received by the Petitioner in accordance with the consideration and written statement.
However, the source of information from whom they get such knowledge has not been disclosed, resulting in a lack of material and complete facts there,” said Justice Atul Chandurkar.
However, the jury clarified that the election petition would continue based on the application.
