Bengaluru: Wipro acquired Edgile based in the US, Cybersecurity consulting provider that focuses on risk and compliance, information and cloud security, and digital identity, for $ 230 million.
This step will strengthen Cybersecurity Wipro’s ability including Cybersecurity consultation among Global 2000 Enterprises.
Wipro said that with Edgile, it would develop Wipro Cybertransform, an integrated suite that would help companies improve Cybersecurity space governance and invest in a strong cyber strategy.
Established in 2001, Edgile was held personally and employed 182 people.
This recorded $ 44 million in the 2020 calendar.
