Ghaziabad: Three people were arrested for alleged their role in the murder of a young man who was shot down in the area of Loni on Monday.
According to the police, the young man, identified as Vikas Kumar, was shot dead by four attackers transmitted by a bicycle on Monday morning, when he headed for his job in the DLF area in his bicycle.
Probe revealed that the four had conspired to kill Kumar for allegedly having an affair with the wife of one of the defendants.
The defendant was identified as Mintu aka Suresh, his brother Hansraj aka Bobby and their colleagues Rohit, Kuldeep and Chunnu.
The police said that Kuldeep and Chunnu fled.
IRAJ King, SP (countryside) told Ti that Kumar and Rajjo aka Rajini, wife Mintu, cheating.
“Mintu knew about his wife’s illegal relationship six months ago.
Even after giving some warnings they did not stop talking to each other so Mintu planned to eliminate Kumar,” SP said.
He added that Mintu met his nephew Sonu, who was in Mandoli’s prison for alleged murder, during the hearing of cases in court.
“Sonu gave one of his men, Chunnu, to kill Kumar.” He said.
He added that on Monday morning, Bobby, Chunnu, Kuldeep and Rohit followed Kumar.
“They killed him and escaped from the place.

Human supervision and intelligence, the police arrested three people in this case,” King said.
All accused of being ordered under Section 302 (murder) and 120 B (criminal conspiracy) IPC.
The defendant was sent to prison after producing it to encourage the judge.
