Greater Noida: The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (Gnida) has chosen a private company to develop two wrestling courts with a 12×12 square meter ring for each court at the Shaheed Vijay Singh Pathik Stadium, called a large noida sports complex.
Even though there will be one soft and hard trial, construction will begin in two weeks.
This project will cost Rs 60 Lakh.
“We have chosen the M / S Pankaj Jain company, which is known for the manufacture of wrestling fields, to develop the same facilities in a larger noida sports complex.
They will start construction work in two weeks,” said General Manager AK Arora (Project) Gnida .

The Wrestling Court will be built in an area of ​​50 x 15 meters from the 4-hectare stadium room and will consist of two ring – one soft and other hard.
“These two rings will be made of 12 x 12 square meters.
Apart from the ring, there will be a dressing room, toilet, and audience gallery for people to watch the wrestling tournament,” Arora added that the cost of developing two wrestling rings was around Rs 60 lakh.
Bhooshan CEO has directed a quick settlement of the work given by many local youth in sports.
“We welcome the greater wrestling facility in a larger sports complex because there are many young men involved in bodybuilding and sports wrestling in the city and also in the GB Nagar district.
They stand up to benefit from this facility,” Alok Singh said a resident local.
