Jaipur: The State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) has issued direction in the case of Bhakaram Vishnoi who has appealed to the 2012 Commission because it was involved in drug cases after he was imprisoned for five months.
He was arrested after the police allegedly found three liters of opium permeated milk in his house.
The Commission considers all reports, issuing orders in accordance with the compensation of RS 5 Lakh which will be given to Bhakaram within two months.
Following the appeal on a 70-year-old Bhakaram, the Commission has requested a detailed report from the relevant authorities.
During the investigation by higher police officers, it was considered proven that the prime facie case had been made under the conspiracy by police officers.
The Order also said that Rs 2 Lakh had to be concluded from the salary then Sho from the Sitaram Thanai Jamba, along with RS 1 Lakh each of the salaries of other police personnel, Bhagwan Ram Kani and Karnaram Kani which was part of a conspiracy against Bhakaram.
“The officers were posted at the police station at the time for the protection of the general public, but by misusing their position and strength, they conspired and conspired to violate the human rights of senior citizens, because he had to do it in police and justice for five months.
Therefore, given their behavior, it is recommended that three policemen above should not be posted at any police station for five years in the future, “said Ordo.
It is said that compensation will not be based on the department’s investigation / recovery and must be paid in two months from the date when the order is received.
Praising officials who explored conspiracy, the Commission urged the state government to advance to give them too.
