New Delhi: Population Doctors in Delhi, who have protested the delay in the Counseling of Neet-PG for two weeks, on Friday called their attacks and continued service after receiving guarantees from the government that their demands would be questioned, their federation said.
Stirring by the Federation of the Resident Doctor Association (Forda) was summoned at 12 noon, he said in a statement.

Their main demand from the center is to accelerate the national feasibility test (Postgraduate) or the NEET-PG counseling process.
In his statement, Forda claimed that the Health Minister of the Union Mansukh Mandaviya had agreed to several main points in connection with agitation.
He has agreed that the Ministry of Health will submit a committee report to the Indian Supreme Court before January 6, and will publish the NEET-PG 2021 counseling schedule after the court hearing on January 6, the statement said.
The ministry has regretted the alleged “brutal violence incident” by Delhi police against several population doctors who protested peacefully on December 27, claimed.
The statement said that “no measure of punishment or disciplinary will be taken by the authorities” against every resident doctor who participated in agitation which initially began on November 27, has also been agreed upon.
On December 9, resident doctors said they suspended agitation, which was called by Forda, for a week after the Ministry of Health’s guarantee to accelerate the hearing of the court and then traced the counseling process.
